By booking a service, you confirm that you are physically able and medically cleared to participate in the chosen therapy.

3. Booking and Payment

All appointments require advance booking through our website, app, or in person.
Payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

4. Health and Safety

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or concerns prior to your session.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your safety or the safety of others.
You agree to follow all facility rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance at all times

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By participating in any Epic Recovery & Wellness service, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in wellness and recovery therapies, including but not limited to: changes in blood pressure, dizziness, dehydration, or muscle soreness.
You voluntarily assume all risks and release Epic Recovery & Wellness, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, or damages arising from your participation.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

All content on our website—including text, graphics, images, logos, and videos—is the intellectual property of Epic Recovery & Wellness and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our written consent.
